Pro právnickou angličtinu je velmi typické archaické vyjadřování, které zahrnuje i níže popsaná zájmenná příslovce. Jedná se o složeniny příslovce a jedné, či dvou předložek. V právních textech (především smlouvách) se používají zejména proto, aby se předešlo opakování jmen a názvů v dokumentu, avšak i tak jde spíše o tradici, nežli užitečnost. V obecném jazyce se používají velmi zřídka.
Příslovce here odkazuje na text/dokument, který máme právě v ruce, resp. dokument, ve kterém se toto slovo vyskytuje. Lze jej tedy nahradit slovy this text/this document apod.
